Revocation Process:

• We will then send you the return instructions (including information on any return-shipping costs).
• Please return the product to the address provided within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

Conditions for Acceptance of the Returned Product:

The product must be in its original, unused condition.
If the product is damaged (e.g., scratches or other signs of improper use), the withdrawal will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Please pack the product carefully to ensure it reaches us undamaged.

Reimbursement of the Amount:

Once we have received the product and verified that it meets the withdrawal conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order.

• Return-shipping costs: We cover the full cost of returns from within Germany. For returns from outside Germany, you bear the direct return-shipping costs. These costs correspond to the applicable DHL rates for shipments from your country to Germany.
